Delivery Manager, Maintenance Solutions

What will you do?

As a hands-on Delivery Manager you will lead small and mid-sized service projects within our Maintenance Solutions business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that both new and existing customers receive timely, high-quality deliveries from technical configurations to full service solution rollouts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple parallel projects, aligning stakeholders and making sure every delivery meets expectations without the overhead of large-scale project bureaucracy.

Your workdays will include project kickoffs, planning, and execution across multiple customers, managing timelines, scope, budget, and quality, without unnecessary complexity. You’ll be the main contact for your projects, help plan internal resources, and keep everyone informed throughout the delivery.

What you'll focus on:

• Own and grow customer relationships across delivery, support and development
• Ensure service quality through small-scale configs and delivery tasks
• Work with production, R&D, and support to keep operations smooth
• Drive customer satisfaction by responding proactively to needs and feedback

What helps you succeed in this role:

• Understand customer-facing delivery, especially in recurring service models
• Communicate clearly and drive progress proactively
• Manage multiple projects calmly and efficiently
• Work well cross-functionally and resolve blockers
• Willingness to travel
• Language skills and international project experience are a plus
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry or experience in maintenance is advantageous
