Role

We are on a journey to become one of the best and most desired workplaces in our field, and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to strengthen our Team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of that mission: supporting leadership, enabling smooth employee experience, and driving forward our people agenda. Collaborating directly with business leaders and the HR team, you’ll support our operations, foster our #datalovers culture, and help shape a workplace where people feel truly engaged and empowered.
This is a hands-on role that combines people insight with a broad understanding of modern HR. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, lead meaningful HR initiatives, and help create an environment where teams and individuals thrive. We’re especially looking for someone with strengths in learning and competence development, someone who can bring real impact to these key areas.

What you will do
- Partner with leaders to support team performance, engagement, and development
- Drive core HR processes like learning and competence development
- Provide coaching and guidance to business and team leaders on people-related matters
- Use data and feedback to improve HR practices and decision-making
- Contribute to company-wide HR projects and initiatives
- Promote an open, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace culture
- Proactively communicate HR initiatives and updates to people across the organization, while fostering a feedback-driven culture to enhance engagement and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR, people operations, and leadership support
- A proactive, positive, and hands-on working style
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to balance operational needs with strategic goals
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn, challenge, and improve
- Comfortable working in both English and Finnish (other languages a plus)
- Proficient in using office tools, with an interest in utilizing AI and technology to enhance HR. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- You have an educational background in a relevant field.
- A solid background in HR (5+ years) or comparable experience
