Support Lead, Digital Commerce – SoftwareI began my Pinja career in autumn 2023 as a Service Specialist on the Service Desk, working 100% remotely from Lappeenranta. From the start, Digital Commerce support quickly became my favorite area, and I felt a strong desire to grow my skills within it. The Digital Commerce unit was incredibly supportive, which eventually led to my new role as Digital Commerce Support Lead.
Currently, I enjoy having a key role in helping customers with their daily business tools and ensuring smooth operations, working closely with our professional developers.
