Hello, I’m Olli Savolainen, and my journey at Pinja, which began in 2016 with digital commerce support, has evolved into an exciting new chapter. Today, I’m proud to lead our team of Customer Success Managers as Lead Customer Success Manager.

While I once playfully wore the hat of a “Full stack Project Manager,” my focus has sharpened towards ensuring our clients achieve remarkable success. My expertise lies in the intricacies of the digital commerce landscape, coupled with a strong understanding of product management principles and a deep technical grasp of integrations and our software. I’m passionate about fostering strong client relationships and empowering my team to deliver exceptional value.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the tennis or badminton court, or making music with my band.
