Customer Manager, Maintenance Solutions

What will you do?
As a proactive and customer-focused Customer Manager, you will take ownership of assigned maintenance accounts and ensure customers gain consistent value from our services. You are responsible for recognizing commercial opportunities within your accounts, initiating discussions, and driving growth — either by preparing offers and following-up services, or by-passing qualified leads to our sales colleagues. In addition, you will track contract terms, billing accuracy, and service expectations, identify development needs and route them to the right teams, and support larger accounts together with Account Directors when needed.
You will be the trusted partner for your customers, meeting them regularly on-site in Finland and occasionally abroad. By understanding their business and development needs, you will help them succeed and grow together with Pinja. As the go-to person for your customers, you will take care of their day-to-day needs, manage small system changes, and proactively identify ways to serve them better. You won’t lead project teams, but you will make things happen through hands-on problem-solving and close collaboration with our internal experts.
What you'll focus on
Identifying new needs, own and grow customer relationships across delivery, support and development
Taking ownership of customer accounts and leading regular reviews and check-ins
Ensure service quality through small-scale configs and delivery tasks
Collaborating with production, R&D, and support teams to ensure smooth operations
Drive customer satisfaction by responding proactively to needs and feedback
Supporting larger accounts together with Account Directors when needed
What helps you succeed in this role:
Experience in managing B2B customer relationships within a technical or service-oriented environment
A good understanding of technical solutions. Experience in or strong understanding of the manufacturing industry is a major advantage.
A commercial mindset with the ability to recognize opportunities and drive growth
Ability to independently handle daily service tasks and system configurations
Good communication skills both in Finnish and English, and a reliable approach to following through on commitments
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and ownership-taking ability
Willingness to travel
