We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive professional to join the team and play a key role in expanding our European presence. Your mission is to directly engage with customers, drive sales, and deliver impactful results for our advanced supply chain management SaaS solution, empowering the bioenergy and fuels sectors toward a more sustainable future.
In this role, you will focus on identifying and converting sales opportunities across European markets. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals—while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll also enhance existing customer relationships by introducing additional service offerings and collaborating closely with internal teams and strategic partners to advance product development and shape marketing strategies.
Your proactive sales efforts will be powered by a strong understanding of our products and a keen awareness of customer needs, creating valuable, client-focused sales opportunities that align with our vision for building a more sustainable tomorrow. With Pinja’s established track record of growth, customer satisfaction, and a strong partner network, you’ll have the tools and support to thrive.
The following knowledge and skills will support success in this role:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with direct success in European markets, preferably in supply chain or energy sectors. Demonstrated ability to independently manage the sales cycle, from customer contacting to closing deals.
- Strong consultative sales skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering preferred solutions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, including a strong ability to build industry networks across Europe, with sensitivity to diverse business cultures and practices.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset and a keen interest in supporting an expanding sales process in Europe.
- Fluency in English and advanced Finnish; knowledge of German, Swedish, or Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to travel within Europe, up to 25% of the time.
- At the beginning, close collaboration with the Tampere and Jyväskylä teams will be important.
