Every senior started as a junior. Pinja is experienced in tutoring young talent into the IT field. Junior team members bring new energy and ideas to our existing teams while learning new every day.

Most of our trainee programs are paid following the guidance of salaries to University student trainees.

After a succesful traineeship both parties are happy to continue co-operation with an actual working agreement, either part or full time.

Pinja benefits are already available for paid trainees from day one.

Our trainees do real work in actual projects, as a member of the team. 

You will be mentored by your peers and supervisors. Your responsibilities grow as you grow and you will have an excellent grasp on what working life is all about.

Our junior positions and traineeships are aimed for last year or finished students of Universities. We wish to see good grades and we hope that you are able to continue to a part time job after a successful trial period or traineeship.

IT field is constantly evolving and every Pinja employee must be willing to learn new skills every year. We want to see this hunger for learning from day one.
