Pinja Group, a leader in AI-powered cloud solutions for supply chain management, industrial production, and sustainability, is looking for a forward-thinking UI/UX Designer to join our Design Guild. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow rapidly, take ownership, and make a significant impact on the future of industrial digitalisation within a supportive and collaborative team. You will shape intuitive, elegant, and effective user experiences for our digital solutions while leveraging the latest in AI-enhanced design tools and workflows.

You will be an active member of our Design Guild, a collaborative community of designers working across product teams to ensure design excellence, consistency, and innovation. Together, we continuously evolve our design practices, tools, and systems.

We are seeking someone who not only thrives on user-centered design but is also eager to embrace AI as a co-creator to accelerate ideation, testing, and iteration. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and data experts to craft solutions that are both visually stunning and deeply functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design accessible and user-friendly, fully responsive web applications
• Use AI-powered design tools to enhance prototyping, ideation, and content creation
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing supported by AI-generated insights where appropriate
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance user needs with business goals
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate ideas into polished user experiences
• Participate in continuous discovery and experimentation to refine designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system in close collaboration with the Design Guild
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly in AI, interaction design, and new interface paradigms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  
• 5 or more years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments
• Proficiency of modern design tools such as Figma, with keen interest in leveraging and experimenting with AI-powered features and plugins to enhance efficiency
• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative user research
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Ability to turn complex processes into clear, effective design solutions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• A curious mindset and an openness to continuously evolve your design approach
